Russian Custard


Russian custard can be used instead of cream on fruit or you can serve it on its own with some chopped nuts.

I'll often make more than I think that I'll need and then will freeze into ice cubes tray so that some is ready made when needed next -




Ingredients: (for one person)
2 egg yolks
1/2 - 1 teaspoon on honey
Can be easily multiplied for more people.



Separate the egg yolks from the white
add the honey
Whip the mixture with beaters until the mixture until it is almost white and turns thick.
