One for the Keto lovers out there...
Ingredients
2 beef burger patties
2 large Portobello mushroom, cut in half
100 grams of grated or sliced carrot
2 large slices of tomato
50 grams chopped baby spinach
½ small avocado sliced
Coconut oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Method
Cut up and prepare salad toppings as desired
Place some coconut oil into a medium- high preheated pan
Cook each beef patty for 3 to 5 minutes, then flip and repeat for the other side
Set cooked patties aside
Cut mushrooms in half and cook in the pain with a little butter & garlic
Place the larger slice of mushroom on a plate to serve as the bottom half of the ‘bun’
Layer the mushroom with your patty and desired toppings
Top the burger with the smaller mushroom slice
Eat and enjoy
