Mayonnaise

The more you get in the kitchen you realize how simple and quick some things are to make for yourself.

Ingredients:
1 whole egg
1 cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon of white vinegar or fresh lemon juice
1/4 of a teaspoon of dry mustard powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Small amount of honey to taste




Method:
Blend the egg, lemon juice (or vinegar), mustard, salt, pepper, honey.
While the blender is still running add the oil in a slow stream (this should take at least 75 seconds).


Simple easy food, add to your favorite salad.
