In a different bowl whisk together wet ingredients - eggs, ghee, honey and vanilla extract.Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and blend together. Divide mix between to two cake tinsBake for 30-40 minutes until a skewer comes out dry. Frosting: 1 1/2 cups of cashews 1 cup of water 2 teaspoons of vanilla 7 pitted dates a pich of salt. Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender until it makes a thick cream.
